Material, printing & manufacturing of the inflatable advertising

The choice of material depends on the advertising medium models. Many years of experience in international sales and rentals in Germany & Austria have shown us which materials are the most resilient and long-lasting, as well as which guarantee an optimal printing process. The inflatable Skydancers, Skytubes, Airdancers are produced with a spinnaker material 70 g/m².

Inflatable advertising such as archways/advertising arches, advertising pillars, standing balloons, Advertising cubes, advertising walls, event tents, bottles, cans and product replicas are made from a polyester material with 235 g/m² or from PVC tarpaulins with 330 g/m² each. Giant inflatable advertising in the form of bouncy castles, Human kicker, Active Centers are made from a nylon material 610 g/m² or PVC tarpaulins with 620 g/m² to 910 g/m².

The printing process depends on the type of material, whether sublimation printing, negative printing, 4C printing or hand painting is chosen. Each printing process offers different options. The inflatable advertising is simulated using a computer program. Print data and cuts are generated from this. The data is then imported into our cutting machines and printers. The whole thing is sewn with 2 to 6 layers of nylon thread.

The advantages of sewn advertising materials are that they are more durable, have an individual shape and are cheaper to produce. Pneumatic powerless advertising materials are welded objects that are inflated with an electric pump via an airtight valve. The air remains in the inflated advertising medium for a long period of time without having to be pumped again. The big bonus for pneumatic advertising is that they can be set up in locations where there is no power connection (such as running marathons in remote locations). There is also no need for cabling, which could pose a tripping hazard. They are also noiseless, which makes them the ideal advertising medium in theaters and at trade fairs.

One Repair can be solved using various methods: whether sewing, gluing or welding, we are sure to have the right solution.

We obtain the raw materials used for repairs directly from the production facility. Depending on the degree of contamination, appropriate equipment is used (high-pressure cleaners, cleaning agents, brushes, sponges, glue removers, etc.). Since 2019 we have also been offering impregnation for inflatable advertising products. This keeps dirt away for longer and also has UV protection. We therefore offer ideal maintenance and ensure that your inflatable promotional items maintain their advertising effect and the attention of the target group.

Handling correct assembly and dismantling of the inflatable advertising media

What is the best way to handle an inflatable advertising product? We list important points for longevity, safety and cleanliness: Before spreading out the advertising medium, check whether there are sharp objects on the floor and remove them; ideally, spread out a tarpaulin. Whenever you use it, secure your inflatable product using weights or ground anchors via the guy ropes (a wind sensor connected to the blower would be ideal). When dismantling, let the air escape from the advertising medium so that the advertising product can be folded up compactly and small. It is very important that the advertising medium is stored in a dry place: at least if this is done for longer than 2 weeks, otherwise there is a risk of mold formation. When transporting, please ensure that the advertising object is stored in a transport bag.
