The Happy Fun GmbH is a Styrian family business with decades of experience in the field of gaming and advertising media, event modules as well as sales, rental and service. To strengthen our team, we are looking for dedicated event and warehouse employees (m/f/d) with a focus on events.

Working hours: Monday to Sunday by appointment
Models: Marginal, part-time or full-time
Getting started: From now on

Your tasks

  • Preparation, implementation and follow-up of event operations
  • Loading and unloading as well as setting up and dismantling game and advertising media
  • On-site support of events and coordination with organizers
  • Cleaning, checking and minor emergency repairs of products during operations
  • Documentation of event operations, damage as well as photo and video material
  • Receipt of goods and issue of goods including inspection, packaging and preparation for shipping
  • Delivery and return transport of products and equipment Organization, maintenance and order in the warehouse
  • Cleaning, drying and maintenance of gaming and advertising products
  • Supporting employees and customers in dealing with the products

  • Well-groomed and service-oriented appearance

  • Physical resilience and flexible willingness to work
  • Willingness to travel, including overnight stays
  • Driving license B required, BE an advantage

Remuneration

The minimum salary is on a full-time basis (38.5 hours). €2,680 gross per month. For part-time work, remuneration is pro rata based on the agreed number of hours. Depending on qualifications and experience, there is of course a willingness to overpay.

Working hours: Monday to Friday | 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. | 25 hours per week
Getting started: From now on

Your tasks

  • Answering telephones and providing friendly support to our customers
  • Processing inquiries in the area of sales and rentals
  • Creation, transmission and tracking of offers
  • Ongoing customer communication regarding orders, deliveries and status information
  • Acquiring new customers and maintaining existing customers
  • Support in the coordination of events
  • Accounting and cash management
  • General organizational and administrative activities in the office

Your profile

  • Commercial training or comparable professional experience
  • Experience in sales
  • Independent, structured and reliable way of working
  • Organizational skills and sense of responsibility
  • Friendly demeanor and strong communication skills
  • Confident use of MS Office

Remuneration
