Shipping information – Fast, secure and transparent
Our bouncy castles, slides and event modules are carefully packed on pallets and delivered by courier. We ship accessories such as blowers via DPD or UPS.
After receipt of payment, your order will be packed as quickly as possible.
Our warehouse is located in St. Johann in der Haide, Austria. You can also pick up your order there yourself by making an appointment in advance.
Important information about taxes
- Private customers within the EU receive their order including Austrian VAT.
- Commercial customers from the EU (outside Austria) with valid Sales tax identification number (UID) order tax free (intra-community delivery).
Delivery to non-EU countries (e.g. Switzerland, United Kingdom, Norway):
The invoice is issued net (excluding Austrian VAT). Please note that there may be additional costs for customs duties, import sales tax and handling fees in the recipient country, which must be borne by the recipient.
